Management Assistant

As an Assistant to the Management Board at KRAM Investment, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of the office and supporting the Management Board in everyday tasks. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys a dynamic environment and attention to detail.
Your tasks:
- Comprehensive office services: managing correspondence, answering phones, organizing meetings.
- Management support: calendar management, organization of business trips, preparation of reports and presentations.
- Documentation management: archiving and registration of invoices.
- Organization of corporate events, conferences and teleconferences.
- Coordination of administrative activities and support of the team in daily tasks.
What do we expect?
- Experience: At least 2 years in a similar position, experience in the real estate industry preferred.
- Language skills: Fluent knowledge of Polish and English.
- Organizational skills: Excellent work organization, conscientiousness and attention to detail.
- Independence: Ability to work in a team and carry out tasks independently.
- Category B driving license: Necessary condition.
