Management Board

Tomasz Tylec is an experienced construction project manager with over 15 years of expertise in the commercial real estate sector. Since 2020, he has served as Head of Retail Construction and a Management Board Member at Reesco Retail, where he is responsible for the end-to-end management of construction projects in the retail sector—from investment preparation and tendering processes to project handover.

He has successfully delivered more than 120 projects, including extensions, refurbishments, and fit-outs for renowned brands such as H&M, TK Maxx, Douglas, Nike, Pepco, Action, and Luxmed. In recent years, he oversaw, among others, the redevelopment of the Bonarka shopping center in Kraków. Tomasz has collaborated with leading commercial property owners such as NEPI Rockcastle, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, and EPP.

Tomasz specializes in project delivery under D&B, GC, MC, CM, and PM models. He combines strong technical knowledge with business acumen, providing clients with support in cost optimization, feasibility analysis, and investment advisory. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and a graduate of the Cracow University of Technology.
