Has nearly 25 years of experience in the banking and factoring sector, gained in institutions with Polish and foreign capital, including Bank BPH, SEB Commercial Finance, Deutsche Bank, Santander Bank and BOŚ Bank. He began his career as a credit analyst, ending up as Sales Director. He worked with corporate clients from various industries, developing customized financial solutions for them. She has extensive experience in building and maintaining business relationships and in sales negotiations. In 2015, she founded Witkowska & Partners, which provides comprehensive consulting in developing financial strategies, structuring investment projects and managing the process of obtaining debt financing. She also specializes in the modeling of development, commercial and hotel investments, as well as the acquisition of real estate and land for various projects for clients from the TOP 10 listed development companies. In addition, the company operates a real estate agency, deals with the sale of apartments and provides comprehensive services to clients who purchase units using a mortgage.

Creates individual financing structures for transactions in cooperation with financial institutions, including for RES transactions. Manages projects from the financial side – from preparing and obtaining financing to handling and settlement.
